To learn more, visit The National Lead will be responsible for the overall success and growth of EDPlan Health ( , PCG’s documentation software for school nurses. The person serving in this role must effectively integrate their capabilities in strategy, business development, product management, project management, and client management in addition to ensuring strong collaboration with Regional/Local Teams, other Business Lines (e.g., Medicaid Fee-for-Service), and Revenue Services Case Management (RSCM) Leadership. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about growth, advancing the EDPlan Health product, building upon and supporting a centralized team, establishing/maintaining strong relationships with Regional/Local counterparts, identifying areas of opportunity or risk, persevering through challenges, and consistently building client trust. Responsibilities Growth, Business Development & Sales + Creates and executes a business development and growth plan for EDPlan Health + Provides Regional/Local Teams with information and resources to grow the product + Leverages the EDPlan Health team to directly support business development and marketing effort Leadership + Manages and continues to build the EDPlan Health team; provides direction, input, and feedback to staff + Helps to upskill members of Regional/Local teams as is related to EDPlan Health + Serves as internal main point of contact; for example: - Reviews new opportunities for viability, potential market shifts, and areas of risk - Escalation point for policy and client management matters + Manages EDPlan Health budget and resource leveling Product Management + Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and monitoring of EDPlan Health projects; these projects may be delivered in coordination with Regional/Local project teams or predominantly led by the national EDPlan Health team, as agreed upon and appropriate + Ensures consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals + Communicates with clients and other stakeholders to gain support and to solicit input to improve EDPlan Health + Oversees the change request process and involves appropriate team members + Understands Federal, state, local policies as they pertain to digital/electronic health records management, and monitors for policy changes and national trends Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills: + Strong communication skills (presentation, facilitation, and written) + Collaboration skills (with peers, staff, and leadership) + Team building, staff development, and coaching skills + Leadership skills, including the ability to be decisive, consistent, transparent, and open to feedback + Effective conflict management skills + Professional maturity and ability to put the best interests of the client and PCG above self-interest Preferred Experience: + 7+ years of Product Management, specifically in software-as-a-service (SaaS) + Knowledge of healthcare; specifically electronic health records (EHR) and/or school-based nursing + Track record of excellence in client management and risk mitigation + Staff supervision experience and proven experience developing talent and leading high performing teams + Track record of working independently and consistently to achieve excellent results + Experience using MS Office, Asana, Jira, or comparable task management / project management tool(s) #LI-DM1 #LI-Remote EEO Statement Public Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to celebrating diversity and intentionally creating a culture of inclusion.
