With our new PRN Program, you select from 3, 6 or 10 shift commitments per 6-week schedule period and the corresponding pay rate for that tier commitment! Flexibility to create your schedule while earning great pay in a 5-Star senior community!

Earn up to $40.15/hour base rate for our 10-shift commitment!

What You Will Do

As an RN at Our Lady of Peace, you'll join a team of professionals dedicated to person-centered, compassionate care. As a leader of our care team, you'll provide direct nursing care to patients in the long term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. In this role, you may also:

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans.

  • Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

  • Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
